Aliside Ultramaxx window - broken shoe/balance

A quick learner from Mayfield Village, Ohio says:
My Aliside Ultramaxx vinyl window (#053-462941, 27 5/8 X 44 3/4) has a broken shoe/ balance coil. The bottom sash in question weighs 14 lbs. Do I need a 15-177? You answered a previous person and my issue with same window seems the same. But, maybe not. Help please, photo attached

Thanks for reaching out to us! This indeed looks like the 15-177. If the specifications match up then you're good to go! For a 14-pound window sash, I recommend using one S152-7 7-pound spring on each side of the window. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.

A quick learner from Mayfield Village, Ohio says:
How do I attach the coil to the shoe or does it come together? Order separately?

Emily from SWISCO responded:

The coil springs are sold separately from the pivot shoe. The spring is then attached to the side of the 15-177 using a screw like the 33-072.
