Your balance assembly resembles the 15-177 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. The coil springs should be marked with a number that indicates the weighted coil needed. If there is no number, please provide the weight of the sash to move forward!

Also review the 15-145 support barrel, 15-143 bushing and 15-144 bushing cap.
