Your assistance identifying my window parts would be greatly appreciated. I have attached photos. I labeled the photos with what I'm looking for since I don't have the proper nomenclature.
I would like to identify 5 different parts, and will be ordering multiples of each as I own several rental properties with the same windows. I have additional photos taken with a ruler if needed.
1. Slide latch
2. hangar bar
3. spring to window bracket (hangar bar sits in this rotating bracket)
4. Spring (single coil style)
5 Spring 2 (double coil style for heavier window)

Hey John. For the tilt latches, they are most likely the 26-243 and 26-244, but you'll need to compare an undamaged version to the dimensions below and see if anything differs. Let me know what you find.

Your exact pivot shoe is no longer available, but our 15-177 should work as a substitute. This pivot shoe can accept your old pivot bar, which is either our 26-466 or 26-226; see the diagrams below to determine which best matches what you have.

Like your old assembly, the 15-177 works with Series 152 Coil Balances. Each spring has a specific spring weight that it can support. There should be stamps on the old springs that tell you what replacement spring weight is needed; alternatively, you can provide us the exact weight of each window sash that these coil springs support, and we can work out what you need.
