Hello there. This looks like a pivot shoe that was recently discontinued, but can be replaced with our 15-177. In any event, both your discontinued shoe and the 15-177 use Series 152 Coil Balances. Note that these coil balance systems are modular, meaning you only need to replace the specific components that are damaged. Now, the stamps on the old coil springs should indicate the spring weights you need. So for window #1, the stamps of 5 and 6 should correspondent to our S152-5 5 pound spring and S152-6 6 pound spring, respectively. That said, this doesn't totally cohere with your reported sash weight of 23.4 pounds. Double-check this weight just to be safe. Typically we expect the exact sash weight to fall within one pound of the total weight the coil balance assemblies used in the window can support. So for instance, if your window uses a 5 pound and 6 pound spring on both sides of the sash, that would equal 11 pounds of support on either side, for an overall total of 22 pounds. So your exact sash weight of 23.4 pounds falls just outside the 'within a pound' threshold. Did you ever have trouble keeping this window open, or did it ever drift downward on you? If there's never been any issue, we generally recommend replacing the original stamps wherever possible; but it's just something to keep in mind. If you did have issues, it's possible sub-optimal spring weights were the cause, and you might just want to go with a pair of 6 pound springs for both sides of the sash, to equal 24 pounds overall and within 1 pound of the sash weight you reported. For Window #2 weighing 12 pounds, just use the S152-6, one for each side of the sash. For Window #3, we don't carry a 10 pound spring, so I actually recommend using two coils on each side here for your replacements: namely, the S152-5.
