Aluminum Sliding Door Handle - somewhat old.

Looks like Ailite on top of the handle. The attachment holes are 3 15/16". I has two levers tha turn to attach to the door frame.

Hello, and thank you kindly for waiting during this busy season. Your hardware looks like it may be an older version of the 82-063. However, this measures 3-7/8" on installation hole centers, not 3-15/16". I recommend double checking this measurement to confirm, making sure you measure from the center of each hole.
