Take a look and compare the specifications of the 67-006 face guide to the part shown in your photos. We'll include the dimensions from our product page here. 

Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what part the manufacturer used in the space indicated in your photos. Is there another window in the house that uses the same hardware? If so, we would need to see photos of the part installed in that space to determine if we carry a suitable replacement. Thank you.
