Aluminum window handle

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm a little confused by what you're looking for exactly: did you need the handle or the rollers for this window? 

I can tell you immediately that we don't sell a latch like what you show in that third photo. It's quite unlike anything in our inventory and I've never come across it before. Would you happen to know who made the window? That may allow us to narrow down the list of possibilities.

As for the roller, this looks like something you'd see in a patio glass door. I get the impression that this is a pretty heavy duty window. We might have something that can replace this, but before I say for sure I'd like you to remove the old roller and show me a few photos of it by itself. I'd also like you to measure its housing size as carefully as you can and write out what you get. Precise, written dimensions will save us a lot of leg work so I would appreciate if you could get that data for me.
