Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out!  It looks like you have either the S380-33 with a 1" shoe or the S385-33 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

You'll need to select the 3230 stamp.

Hello. Thank you for helping find the correct channel balances. I now realize that I also need a plastic 'clip' which is in the top edge of the window, both sides. One broke when the balance broke. The clip is approx 2 1/8 x 5/8, see the attached picture

I'm happy to help! The hardware you are searching for at the top corner of the sash is referred to as a top sash guide. It helps to guide the balance in the channel when opening and closing the window and it prevents the balance from shooting out of the window. 

Yours appears to be our 18-008. Take a look over the dimensions below to confirm that this is the right replacement.
