Andersen 7191-33 Housing is Broken

A quick learner from Texas says:
I have a Anderson window where the housing a 7191-33 has broken. The window will not rollout as the worm gear pushes out and has broken the housing. Does replacing the housing repair this or is there something else wrong

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

If the spline that the handle attaches to has disengaged from the base, unfortunately, that means that the entire assembly needs to be replaced. We should be able to help but we would need to see your operator assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
