Andersen Window Hardware

A contractor from CT says:
I am looking for a replacement part that holds the lock cylinder on an Anderson sliding glass door. One of the screws is stripped out causing the lock to bind up intermittently. Already looked on the official Anderson Windows website but did not see one the same as this one. I've attached photos of the lock. Thanks!

Hello there!

It sounds like you're looking for the lock. If that's the case, I recommend the 82-037 or 82-242. Take a look at the specifications for each and see if one matches what you're looking for.

A contractor from CT says:
Unfortunately I am looking for the part that holds the lock cylinder on the exterior of the door, not the lock itself (2nd). I'd imagine it was discontinued a while ago but if there is a similar one that would be compatible that would work. Do you know if a similar part is available?

Thanks

My apologies for the confusion! Thank you for clarifying. We don't sell your exact keyed lock but you could consider the 82-316 and 82-317. Take a look at the specifications for these parts and see what you think.
