Andersen crank mechanism

The crank mechanism is broken on my Andersen window. I am sending you a photo. It looks like the dimension looks correct, but the crank is on the left.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see another photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
