Andersen operator for casement window

A home owner from San Francisco CA says:
The operator mechanism is broken. What part do I buy to replace it? Screw spacing approx 2 3/4". Windows was installed around 2000.

Thanks for reaching out. Your handle looks a lot like our 39-301, which is often used with our 39-264. Since I can't see the entire operator, I cannot confirm that this is the replacement you'll need, with certainty but it is a good place to start. Carefully review the dimensions and the design of the operator to determine if this will work for you. If it is different, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator.
