Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you are searching for the Andersen Tandem Lock. Yours appears like it could be the longer version. I suggest starting with part 38-149 and its opposite part 38-150.

Look over the dimensions and design, compare them to you existing lock to confirm that this is the replacement you need.
