we have a customer with an older Anderson patio door that is hard to open and close.they are right on the beach, and we think the rollers need to be replaced.

Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to say that I would not be able to identify the Andersen patio door rollers you need based on the brand and the door stickers. I'll need to see a photo of the existing roller, removed from the frame of the door make the accurate recommendation.
