Thanks for posting. See our 26-637. This is meant to replace old Andersen balances that include the stamp code '623'. Note that replacement Andersen balances include a side tab that your old one seems to lack. You will need to notch out space in the head jamb to make room for this tab on the replacement. This blog article here explains what to do. Take a look.
