Thanks for reaching out! I am not able to cross reference the information from your door unfortunately. Right now all I have to go on to make an identification is the picture in this catalog, which is not really a good point of reference. 

Based on design alone, the roller shown is similar to our 81-056, but this is an purely an educated guess. Carefully compare the dimensions we show for this product to your original hardware. Please note there is an option with a 1" wheel diameter and an option with a 1-1/4" wheel diameter.

If they differ in any way, we'll need to know exactly how. We'll also need to see photos of the actual roller. It would be more helpful in recommending the most accurate replacement.
