Hello there, I hope I can help you out. We don't offer warranties, but we may have a solution for you. It sounds like the handle screw might be loose and therefore is not keeping the handle tight to the door lock. We recommend purchasing some "Liquid Lock Tite" from a local hardware store and putting a drop on the handle set screw threads. That should keep the screw from coming loose and, in turn, keep your handle on. Let me know if you have any further questions. |
