Awning Window operator

A quick learner from Hoboken says:

Not sure but seems a truth window operator. However, the dimension do not match. My operator is 21'' (picture 1052) and the front part where the handle goes (see picture 1051) is around 5''. The hook (see picture 1056) is a bit less than 4''. Any idea what could be the model? I also need some help to replace this... thanks!

Thanks for posting. This operator resembles to my eye our 39-083, which has a wingspan of 21-1/2". See below for comparison. For a new handle, see the 39-114L. For a new Sash Bracket, see either the 39-170 or 39-177. Finally, see the video below for removal and replacement tips for a very similar operator. Let me know if you have further questions.
