Awning operator needed

A home owner from New Jersey says:
Top to bottom from center of screw holes 5-1/4". Length of moving arm from screw hole to screw hole 2-3/8". Overall length of arm is 3". Distance between side by side screw holes at bottom of housin 1-3/8". Approximate age of installation is mid 1960s to early 1970s. Bushing on arm. Right hand operator.

Your photos resemble the 39-025 at first glance except that the bottom installation holes measure 1/18" on center. The link arm also connects the window window linkage with a 10-24 thread bushing, which would also need to match your assembly. If the specifications below will work for your application, note that we also carry the 39-026 opposite0handed version of the awning operator. Thank you!
