Thanks for posting! Your patio door handle set reminds me of one of our Legacy Handle Sets with an offset thumb latch. They are the 82-089 (made in white, black, and beige) or the 82-090 (made in satin nickel and brass). Take a look over their dimensions and design to confirm that this would be a fit for your door.

The mortise lock you have is sold separately from the handle set. Yours resembles the 82-226 Mortise Lock; although, you'll need to compare the dimensions to confirm.

The keeper is appears to be the 89-020.
