The terminal clip shown reminds me of the Series 770 channel balance. This balance installs into the channel using a screw at the top of the balance. Please review the overall style to see how it compares to your original. You have an older stamp that indicates the strength of the balance. If the length is 21", please review the S770-21 channel balance. You will need to obtain the weight of the window sash and compare to the strength chart on the product page to choose the correct stamp option.
