Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! We do not carry an exact match for you tilt latches, but there is a chance that we may still be able to supply you with a suitable replacement. I'll need to see a photo of the bottom of the latch to start. It may also help to know the dimensions of the latch as well. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.

Your balances appears to be an older version of the Series 795 Channel Balance. You'll need the S795-26 with a 26C stamp option. This balance comes assembled with a 15-195 1-1/4" closed cam, T-Lock shoe.

These balances will also come assembled with a screw-in clip at the top of them. Therefore, you will need to confirm whether your balance has the 15-198 Balance Attachment or the 19-043 Block and Tackle Screw-in Clip attached to the top of the balance. If you do have the hook, you may still be able to use the balance, as is. You would just need to double check the shape of the installation hole at the top of the window channel. If its square you'll be able to use the 26-200 Balance Screw Plug. Take a look at the video below for instructions.

If the hole is not square, please let me know as the balances will need to be a custom assembly.
