Hello, We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your coil springs and pivot shoe removed from the window to determine the correct replacement. Many people are drawer to the S140 because it comes in a complete assembly but this will not work for all window applications. From what I can make out in your photos, I'm not confident that the S140 would be a suitable replacement. See the videos related on this page to assist you with the removal process. As for your cent latches, I agree that the 26-362 looks like a promising replacement as long as the dimensions below match up to yours. I would also recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 26-393 latch pair to yours. If you notice any discrepancies, please get back to us with your exact dimensions written out and we can go from there. We often recommend silicone spray for window applications. We do not carry this kind of lubricant but you should be able to pick some up at a local hardware store. Thank you!
