Hello,

I recognize this top sash guide. I'm afraid this exact model is no longer made but we've found that our 18-171 is a possible substitute. The only issue is that the top is tall, so you would need to cut it down to fit under the sash rail.

As for your balances, you could have either the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2640 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
