Balance shoe

Thanks for posting. The pivot shoe looks like an older version of our 15-215. If you need to replace the coil balance assemblies it attaches to, see instead the Series 140. These Coil Balance systems come with the shoe already attached. If you're unsure what weight option to select for these assemblies, give me the exact weight of the window sash that your old parts work with, and I can tell you what you need.
