Balance tilt

A quick learner from Hermosa south dakota says:
I believe I have Plygem windows. The boot that keeps the window on the balance is broken on both sides. The window will not stay up. I don't know if I need the whole balance or not? The stamp on the balance says 25C

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see your channel balance and knife lock shoe attached to the end of the pulley cord fully removed from the window to determine the correct replacement. Please also confirm the exact length and diameter of the balance channel. See the video below to help you through the process. Thank you!
