Bi-fold mirror closet door

A quick learner from Chester, Virginia says:
Door is very jerky when you try to open/close it. Support spring loaded pin will come out of track when too much force is used to close door.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for writing in. There seems to be a lot of space at the top of the door. Raise your door up via the bottom adjusting pin. To do this, look for the nut on the threaded pin. Loosen the nut so you can turn the threaded pin to raise the door. If that is not working, one of your spring-loaded pins might be worn out. If so, please remove the pin and send us photos; also tell us the diameter of the pin and the diameter of any cap atop the pin. We will see if we have a replacement.
