I'm afraid that your old-style Biltbest operator is no longer available. Neither is anything else for this window, come to think of it. However, you may be able to retrofit something like our 39-027E and 39-028E operators, as well as our 39-114L handle and 39-533 track, to work for your repair. We also carry the larger 39-013 and 39-014 operators depending on the length of your arm that attaches to the sash. Note that these operators are used with the 39-505 track.

However, using either option might require you to cut or fabricate a new sill cover to accept the different style of the operator base. There may be other requirements as well, depending on what your setup is. You may also want to enlist the help of a local handyperson.
