Broken balance shoe need replacement

A home owner from NC says:
These are parts from 20-year-old window which are broken. the only information that I can find about the window is an etching on the glass...possibly AFG is the manufacturer. Blancer which is broken, is 28" long and shows 28B BSI. I weighed the sash and it weighed 15.4lbs. The shoe which is broken measures 1.5" wide by 0.5" thick. Could you please suggest replacement parts for these?

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your balance resembles the Series 795 channel balance, but with the 15-224 inverted link at the bottom instead of a T-lock pivot shoe.

Please review the S795-28 channel balance with a 28B stamp option. You will need to purchase the 15-224 inverted link additionally and switch this out with the stock T-lock shoe before installation.

For the pivot shoe, please review the style and dimensions of the 15-216 to see how it compares to your original. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
