Your balance looks similar to our Series 377. This comes assembled with a 19-018 balance top and 15-005 bottom balance shoe. Compare your nylon fittings with ours to confirm this is a match. With your balance being stamped "24" tells us that the metal length measurement of your part should measure 25". Could you confirm that information to be correct? If it is, then you can go with our S377-25. With your stamping being "244", you should be able to go with our 2440 option that supports a sash weight of 19-24 pounds. You may want to weigh your window sash to make sure the weight falls within that range.
