Hello there. If you're talking about the window operator, this might be our 39-315 and 39-316, depending on which side of the operator body the handle attaches to. Just see if the measurements below match what you have. Let me know if anything differs.

If it's the window hinge set you need, see if the 10" 36-004-10 hinge set matches what you have. Just be sure to replace both hinges in the window at the same time.
