I have Graef casement windows on my bay window. The hinge and the handle mechanism do not work. It is a 24 inch window.

Hello,

The operator shown in your photos is an old-style Roto assembly. The bad news is that Roto stopped making these and the only product currently available is the base itself; our 39-091 and 39-092, which are modern styles of your older part.

We also offer the 39-224 folding and 39-230 standard handles for these assemblies but, unfortunately, the link arm that connects to the sash is obsolete and there is no known alternative. We've tried many products from our inventory and have not once been successful. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

As for the hinges, take a look at the 36-048 set with a 10" long base that attaches to the window sill.
