Broken Balances

A home owner from Bonita Springs, FL says:
Our home was built in 2005 - we bought it in 2013. Opened a garage window for the first time and the balances fell right out, spring and pulley, too - both sides! Looking for replacement parts. Amy help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting! Your channel balance looks a lot like our S380-37 or S385-37 with a 3630 stamp. Which is rated to carry a window weighing 18 to 23lbs.

To determine which series you need for your replacements, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Take a look at the image below for reference. Let me know if your shoe is neither 1" or 1-1/32".
