Broken off clip

A quick learner from San Francisco, CA says:
Hi in one of the other windows this black clip on the left has broken off and the window balance goes above the window. Can you tell me if the window balance includes the piece that clips to side of the window

HI pls let me know if the black piece that goes in the hole that holds the wire to the side of the window is included with window balance. It looks like it needs to be custom ordered?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see both end fittings and the metal pulley clip of your balance fully removed from the window to compare to our selection. I agree that based on what we can see in your photos, this may need to be a custom order. We'll also need you to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two.

As for the black piece that you mentioned that installs in the hole in your window jamb, we would need to see photos of an undamaged clip from the other side or another window in the house to confirm if it is something that we can replace. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to confirm the correct replacement balance while it is still installed. You would need to remove the assembly from the window completely to show us clear views of both and fittings, as well as the metal clip at the end of the pulley cord. We will need to see all three of these balance parts to proceed. Thank you.

A home owner from San Francisco, CA says:
Do you sell the small clip as shown in the pic

Unfortunately, we can't confirm the clip that you have with it installed since most of it is still inside the window. It's possible that you could have an older version of the 62-108 but we would need to see it removed from the window to be sure.

A home owner from San Francisco, CA says:
Would you be able to help custom make the balances from the markings and the bottom and top of balance as shown below.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

We should be able to provide the balances you need through a custom order but, as we mentioned, we will need to see the assembly completely removed from the window to confirm exactly what you need since the stamp only indicates the spring tension, but not the correct replacement. Since custom orders are not able to be returned for a refund, it is important to see clear photos of both end attachments, as well as the clip at the end of the pulley cord, completely uninstalled from the window.
