Broken part

Hello. This part on my window broke and I don't know what it's called. I provided a picture of the NOT broken part with measuring tape. And the second picture is the one that is broken. I need advice on getting the broken part out as well. Thanks

Hi there! It appears your coil support is cracked. We should be able to help with this but we will need more information to narrow down the compatible accessories. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe removed from the window track? If there aren't any cut-outs in the window, you'll have to make your own as shown in the video below.

Thanks so much! The pivot shoe looks like the 15-228 to me. This uses the 1/2" Series 160 coil springs which are compatible with the 15-150T triple support cover. Have a look and see how the specifications compare with yours.
