Hello,

It looks like part of the sash frame has broken. Unforutnately, that is not something that we can supply and would be specific to the window manufacturer. 

We do carry a selection of pivot bars if you need those as well, which you can view here. We've related a few similar options on this page to help you get started. Detailed dimensions can be found on our product pages for comparison. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with the rest of this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
