Broken tilt window parts

A landlord from Rhode Island says:

The 2 pictures on left the overall measurement is 2 5/8 x 5/8 if that helps

Please review the style and dimensions of the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches to see how they compare to the originals.

For the T-lock shoes, the one on the right resembles the 15-194. I cannot fully confirm while damaged, but the one on your left looks like a different version that has a curved in shape. We do not offer this style and the 15-194 will not be compatible with the original metal channel balance shape. The best option we can offer for these is replacing the full balance with the Series 795 and the 15-194 T-lock shoe. 

Please note that these balances are made with a screw in clip at the top for installation, but sometimes have a hook instead like the 15-198. If you would like to move forward with a full balance replacement and the original uses the hook, it will require a custom order. Let me know if you have any questions!
