Your balance resembles the Series 770, but with a rivet at the top to use a S-clip for installation like the 19-029 or 19-030. The standard balance does not come with a rivet so it will require a custom order to assemble for you. I see that your balance has two rivets at the top, are you able to confirm which rivet the hook attaches to? First or second?

For the pivot shoe, please start by reviewing the style of the 15-188 or 15-178. Compare the dimensions to your original to confirm a good fit!
