Broker Anderson - window cranker broken

A home owner from Wethersfield, CT says:
Hi - The fellas at Home Depot sent me your way, and I love that you have a help desk! One of the handles for my Anderson Windows (crack windows) broke from the operator and based on your site, I'm guessing I need to replace both pieces.

Photos are attached. I see a number on the plastic cover - A7191-33 if that helps.

It seems stripped to me as it just spins when I try to put in back into the operator.

Help!And thanks!

Hello, thank you for posting,

Yes, the operator is stripped and will need to be replaced. To further review, are you able to provide additional images of the window open where we can see the operator arm(s)? Thank you!

Thank you for the additional pictures,

Please review the dimensions of the 39-146 and 39-147 Andersen window cranks to see how they compare to your original. Also review the 39-286 handle as well. Let me know what you think!
