A professional from RICHMOND, CA says:
HOW DO YOU MEASURE THE SHOE DEPT? AS SHOWN ON THE PICTURE IT IS 1 1/8 INCH.
ALSO HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE TENSION SPRING NEEDED? THE CHANNEL BALANCE CAME OUT OF A SMALL WINDOW ABOUT 24H X 32W.

Thanks for writing in! The replacement balances you'll need are the Series 390 Channel Balance with a 1-1/8" bottom shoe; specifically the S390-22.

Our balance stamps are a bit different from yours, but I believe our 2110 Stamp should work fine as a replacement. Although, you may want to double check that the weight of your sash falls between 5 to 8lbs.
