Thanks for posting! Your channel balance reminds me of either the S380-26 with a 1" shoe or the S385-26 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

Since your balance has a 25 5 stamp, you can select the 2550 stamp option.

Looks like 1-3/32. I'll order a couple of the S385-26 w/2550 stamp and see how it fits. If it works, I'll order replacements for the rest of my windows.
