Cannot figure out what kind of windows these are to order replacement parts

A quick learner from Nashville, TN says:

Hello...We purchased a home 3 years ago and several casement window bracket arms are breaking away from the windows themselves to control the window. I cannot find a brand name anywhere on any windows...it is a 3 story home. I am hopeful you can help me find a solution to replace those parts and if you do not have anything that will work for me, please let me know if you can figure out the manufacturer. Thank you in advance for your time and efforts!

Best,

Judy

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! Your casement operator appears to be the 39-399 13-1/2" Roto Single Arm Operator, used with the 39-541 Roto Casement Track Slider. The opposite handed operator is part 39-400. To confirm that this is the right replacement, carefully compare the dimensions below.

The compatible crank handle is the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank handle.
