Casement Window Parts: Window Opens Out

A handy person from Wheaton, IL says:
Hi,

We live in a house that was built in 1956. While one of your replacement mechanism's specs matches the one we have, our window opens out, not to the left or right. Do you have a part that would work?

Thanks.

Hello!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell a good match for this operator. It's similar to the 39-021 but our guide at the end of the arm is very different. This part is meant to slide into a track mounted directly to the sash, not on a kind of cross piece as you have. I don't think this style has been made in decades, unfortunately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
