Casement Window Replacement parts

A contractor from Norwich, CT says:

Our customer has 54 single casement windows that need replacement hardware. They are looking for new hinges, operators and keepers. Please see the attached pictures and let us know if you have anything we can use. Attached are photos of the bottom hinge. I will send pics of the operator and keepers separately.

For the operator, please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-001 and 39-002 to see how they compare to the originals. For the locking handle, compare the dimensions of the 38-001. 

Unfortunately we are not able to provide replacements for the hinges shown. Due to the age we are unsure if this style is still available. I apologize for the inconvenience.
