Casement hardware

A home owner from Wisconsin says:
We have vision 2000 casement windows from weathershield and we need a replacement tie bar as shown. The length is 22 7/8".

We also need whatever that part is on top of the casement that holds the window to the frame when opened

We have two tie bars in that length, which are the 38-903 and 38-953. The major difference between them is the quantity and style of the rollers along the length of it. You'll have to review our information to confirm the best match,

The other part you show is the hinge. Your exact type probably isn't made anymore but our 36-048 can easily work as a replacement, just as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will clarify.
