Casement operator for Millard window

A handy person from Cambria , Ca. says:
Hello again,
See attached photos of our latest failed operator. The unit is stamped with "Truth" and the number 41012.
This is on a thru the sill mounting. I'd would like the white cover and a new gasket if that doesn't come with the crank assembly.
Thanks you.

Thanks for posting. At first glance this looks like our 39-253RB Encore Operator (the opposite-handed version is the 39-253LB). However, verify what the slider shoe was at the end of the straight arm. Was it a square piece, the 39-529 (sold separately)? If so, then this is the operator you're looking for; however, if it's a rectangular piece instead, then you need the 39-439B and 39-438B. These operators are identical, except for that different shoe (which comes attached). The video below explains more.

In either case, for new covers and handles, see the 39-376 and 39-375, or the 39-452 and 39-451, depending on the style you prefer. For a new gasket, see the 39-563. Let me know if you have further questions.
