Casement side window locking mechinism.

A home owner from Kalamazoo, MIchigan says:

The locking mechanism fractured off this closer and I have not been able to find a replacement. There are only two markings on the unit as follows:

CDN.PAT2,142,071 and
US PAT 5,620,213
Would like to obtain a replacement.
