Thanks for posting. If the gears are stipped then the whole operator needs to be replaced. It looks like you might have the 39-331 Straight Arm Andersen Operator (its opposited-handed version is the 39-332). Look it over to ensure it matches what you have. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-152 and 39-267 sold separately. If your window was made between 1995 and 1998, you will need the 39-362 Adapter Plate to install the new operator.
