Casement window locking arm came off and want to buy a new kit for it

Thanks for reaching out! There is a chance that we can supply you with the replacement lock and tie bar needed for your window but I'll need a bit more information to confirm.

To start, I'll need to see a photo of the lock, completely removed from the window to identify the correct replacement. I'll need to see exactly how the innerworkings of the lock. 

In regard to the tie bar, can you confirm the length of the bar typed out in text? Please also confirm if the rollers on it are a cone shape or a circular shape.
