Hey there, Thanks for posting! Your window operator reminds me of the 39-430 Roto Single Arm Operator; the opposite handed version is the 39-429. To confirm that this is the right replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions and design below. The compatible handle is the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank Handle. Alternate image for 39-430

My sincerest apologies, I did miss that detail. The based of the operator on the 39-429 and 39-430 are under 4", much shorter than your base. Unfortunately, this likely will not work for your application. I am consulting with our senior experts in regard to this inquiry. They may be able to source a suitable replacement or provide a solution for your repairs; although, I cannot make any guarantees. Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime. |

Thanks for your patience! Our senior expert could not find your exact operator, unfortunately. Your operator design looks like a cross between a Truth operator body with a Roto arm and clip. That said, take a look at the 39-450 Encore Single Arm Operator along with the 39-528 Casement Track and the 39-529 Truth Hardware Track Slider. The opposite handed version of this operator is the 39-451. The compatible handle and cover sets are the 39-376 folding set and 39-452 non folding set. Detail of 39-450

See if you could use this type of operator with the 13-1/2" arm as a replacement for your window. I cannot make any guarantees since you'll need to make the appropriate modifications for your project, but it certainly worth considering. |
